Results & Impact

In a small pilot study with six participants over a week long period, users reported significant improvements in focus and task completion rates. The rotational approach to focus strategies was well-received, with users appreciating the variety and novelty each day brought. Additionally, the data collected from daily surveys provided valuable insights into which strategies were most effective for different individuals.

Analysis of user survey data suggests significant opportunities in applying rotating focus strategies for assisting individuals with

ADHD
. Further research and larger-scale studies are required to validate these findings and optimize the approach.
